Hello, Anyone knows where will provide the server for filesharing service without DMCA report or dont talk anymore(just a few) about DMCA. For first, I love a storage server with 24x3TB or 24x4TB. But i must have 1Gbps Unlimited. About datacenter, It can be located on FR, DE,…. around EU location. Please introduce me some. Very thanks. <

That many HDDs and the bandwidth required will probably be very expensive with an offshore host that doesn’t care about DMCA, whats your budget? I don’t know your setup, but is it possible to host the main site offshore and fileservers elsewhere? You can host the main site on a small dedi or even VPS which will attract all the DMCA, then have a fileserver on a subdomain in the US or EU (even cloud like S3).

Filesharing websites are mostly illegal and majority of them are promoting illegal uploads, so it will be very hard for you to find a dedicated server. I don’t know what your intentions are, so I can’t judge you. What you need is a reputable dedicated server provider (or datacenter) willing to work with you while they are keeping your site online, as WizzSolutions already stated.
